Welcome to Roseville program

A recently devloped program to welcome new Roseville residents to the community has begun. New residents will recieve a gift bag when they sign up for water services. The goodie bag will include items from local businesses, churches and organizations. This initiative would not be possible without the help from the Twomey Foundation, Warren County United Way and the Galesburg Community Foundation and their desire to help our growing community.
